“Simple daily workout ideas for teenager”

Hey guys ! nowadays we are staying at home is better for our health . so our body needs some physical exercise , i am going to share a few exercise what i know ,i am sharing here. A few days before i shared on the topic life of an teenager in that blog i have said that many changes in our body structure , to stay fit you can do these exercise.

Note: all these exercise can be do within 10 min

1 . stretching and rotation

whenever you start any exercise you should start with an warm up.For warm up you can do stretching and rotation, by doing this we can avoid sprains and other body pains, by these exercise.

2. squats

As most of you have been heard this exercise. It helps to strengthen your lower limb muscles.

3. Lateral leg raises

Lateral leg raises helps in enhancing posture, limb speed, flexibility and also thin muscles and tone your hip area.

4. Lunges

Lunges in daily workout routine can stretch and tone the lower body ,it increases the flexibility of your hips and also they easy to learn.

5.Pushups

Most of you know about pushup it helps knee kick exercise to lose weight , especially in the arm region.

6. Zumba

Lets end the workout with a fun dance . Dancing is also an another form of cardio wok out.

Note: All exercise can be done for 30 to 60 seconds
