
Hey there! What’s up guys? alright today I have come an mango recipe. So yah let’s get started.
Mango squash;
Ingredients;
- one kg of mango
- Sugar- 750 grams
- One liter of water
- half tea spoon of salt
Direction;
Cut the 7-8 mangoes , take the fruit inside, no need of the outer layer. Grind them in them all in mixie.
Then take a thick vessel make sure the bottom of the vessel should be thick. Add sugar , water let them boil. After the sugar dissolved , add citric acid ( lemon you can add) . Then mix them all. Then the sugar syrup should be in rod like consistency , then switch off the stove. Add mango puree and salt to the sugar syrup and mix them well. And yah that’s it , it’s ready!
STORAGE: After cooling it , take a bottle. Note: it should not have any moisture in it , pour in the bottle and you can store them refrigerator and you can use it for 2 months.
You can use it mango squash for making mango recipes like juice, mango tea, mango milk shake.
