
Hey there! what’s up? recently I have noted that i am making more food related blog I hope so. Any ways this time also I have come with an food related blog . The thing I am going to share is from Indian kitchen . Most of the south Indian kitchens would make rice batter for dosa and idly. If the dosa batter got over no worry when suji (rava) is here. Alright guys today we are going to see some recipes with semolina (suji). I will the kichadi ,so don’t worry, lol! so yah lets get started !
Crispy Dosa ;

Ingredient’s
- 1 cup of unroasted rava
- 2 tablespoon of wheat flour or all purpose flour( Maida )
- half cup of curd
- Salt
Direction;
First add 1 cup of unroasted rava, maida flour , then grind them in mixie . After grinding add half cup of curd, required amount of salt then grind them in mixie. After that leave it for 5 mins , add some water to bring in dosa batter consistency. Then make your suji dosa and enjoy!
Uttapam;

Ingredients;
- Unroasted suji 1 cup
- Half cup of curd
- Salt
- Onion, carrot, coriander leaves
Direction;
Take a one of suji,Then add the half cup of curd grind them in mixie. Then add required amount of salt, then start making uttapam. You can add some veggies like some chopped onions, peeled carrot and some chopped coriander leaves.
Rava idly ;

Ingredients;
- Oil
- Mustard
- Chopped ginger small amount
- Green chilies
- Some cashews
- 5 to 6 breaked peppers
- Rava (semolina) 1 cup
- Salt required
- Curd
- Coriander leaves, curry leaves
- Peeled carrot
- Bengal gram
- urad dal
Direction;
Take an kadai, add 2 table spoon of oil, let it get hot. Then add mustard, Bengal gram , urad dal, chopped ginger, green chilies to your hotness , cashew nuts, 5 to 6 breaked pepper, 1 cup of rava add them all and roast it. then leave it for few minutes , let it get cool. Add required amount of salt , half cup of curd , then mix them all ,let it rest for 15 minutes . then add some coriander leaves, curry leaves , add some water to it , make the batter idly batter consistency. And yah make idly and enjoy!!
