Start your day with these habits…..

Hey there! What’s up ? Hope you guys are doing well,I guess so. Alright and today I’m about to here to share some habits to start your more productive way . Without any further do, let’s get in to it!

Habit No :1

Waking up when alarm rings first.

This is the hardest thing for us to before your alarm starts snoozing. Why I am saying this because when the alarm continuosly rings means your brain gets confused , and you will start your day some what. To avoid this wake up when the alarm start rings first.

Habit No: 2

Making your bed.

Making is the bed after walking up would feel the hardest thing but it makes your room look into clean and beauty, it makes you feel more productive , and gives the feeling off satisfied. So here after if you want to be productive follow this first.

Habit No : 3

Having a glass of water.

Having a glass of water , would help your body to clean unwanted waste that got stuck in your food pipe and it also hydrates your body because , you haven’t drink any water for the past 10 to 13 hours.

Habit NO : 4

Doing some stretches

Now a days we are at home, we don’t have that much work . Our body some exercise do be done. For that I am not saying to go for gym and all ,you can just a full body stretch. It might help to feel better to start your day.

Habit No : 5

Meditation

After finishing your exercise . Relax your body and start a relaxing day with doing meditation for 5 to 10 minutes. This might help your brain to relax and refresh your self, and you will start your with a happy minded.
