Habits run our lives.In fact, according to a 2006 study conducted at duke University,over 40 percentage of what you do on a daily basis is habitual. many habits are helpful, like eating healthy and exercising regularly etc..there are many bad habits also there like smoking, drinking excessive  And spending lots of time in internet etc..

Tip no 1 focus on one thing at a time

This is the most important thing I would like to say because for example most of people have toke many resolutions in the new year. This is because our brain need to get practiced a thing ,for example if you have thought to wake at 5:00 AM means at the first it’s self you can’t instead of that you can start by waking up at 6:00 AM. The important part of this plan is to focus on changing one habit at a time.

Tip no 2 commit to a 30 day challenge

My opinion is to start a 30 days challenge ,so that your brain get practiced to  your habits .this could help you to change your habits.

tip no 3 set the starting day

In my last tip i have said you the 30 day chalenge ,so for that you set your starting day and starting counting till the end .so that that it makes you easy .

tip no 4 start counting how much hour you have spent

This is the most important thing . For example if you have planned to stop using mobiles for much time daily you just start counting how much hour you have spent in mobile phone .This could help you to motivate yourself.
