
Summers are always burns us through its heat, we all just hesitate it, but summer will also bring good thing for us is mangoes. With out mangoes summers would never go. We know that it has taste alone but it has a lots of benefits, that our body needs.

In the language Tamil mango plays an important role in grammar. The three fruits (முக்கனி )mango, jackfruit, banana.
- Mango does have any cholesterol . It has fiber protein, vitamins and minerals. So it has all nutrienal benefits that are needed for our body only through tasting it !
- It has vitamin B. Before menstruation, literally, abdominal pain would happen it is just common to every ladies , they happen because due to some hormones, have some mangoes before your periods it would help to reduce those hormones.
- The fibre that has in it , improves your digestion and also avoid the motion problem. Then it has rich in vitamin A that helps to avoid pimples, wrinkles on your skin.
- In mango vitamin C is present, it helps to control blood pressure. It also has magnesium nutrienal benefits that keeps your thyroid hormone properly in your body.
- Mango has folic acid, so that it controls your cholesterol. And then it has poliphenol, it is an antioxidant. So it helps to prevent cancer like those diseases.
